1. What this service is

UK Shift Alerts publishes information about publicly advertised Amazon warehouse vacancies in the United Kingdom, delivered through a Telegram channel and a Telegram bot. It is an information publication.

We do not act as an employment agency or employment business. We do not apply for roles on your behalf, submit your details to any employer, introduce you to any employer, or influence any hiring decision. The only service we provide is information about vacancies.

2. Not affiliated with Amazon

This is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Listings originate from publicly available sources and all applications are made on Amazon's own website.

3. Free access

Our public channel is free and open, and carries the same listings. You can read it before and after subscribing, and you are encouraged to do so before you pay.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from inside the bot using /manage, which opens Stripe's billing portal.

5. What we do not promise

We cannot guarantee that any listing is still available when it reaches you, that any listing is accurate, that you will be offered work, or that alerts will arrive without delay or interruption. Vacancies are frequently filled within seconds of appearing. Nothing here is a promise of employment or income.

6. Acceptable use

Do not resell, redistribute or automate access to the alerts. We may end a subscription, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period, if it is being misused.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the channel. Contact us through the bot.
